An on-site party attendant to ensure your event runs smoothly

Seating for 60 in our dining area. Elegant wood tables and a combination of bench seats and farmhouse chairs

Lounging area to gather for cocktails or to create an area for dancing

Two large 65" TV for music and slideshow

Use of our prep kitchen, which includes counter space, sink, refrigerator and freezer

Special oak tree photo mural for Instagrammable pictures.
Pricing
Saturday and Sunday:
$1,000 flat fee for four hours (one hour of set up + 3 hour event)
includes on-site party attendant to help with set up, serving and clean up!
Fridays & Weekdays
$850 flat fee for four hours (one hour of set up + 3 hour event)
includes on-site party attendant to help with set up, serving and clean up!
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for booking.
Weekday Rental for photo shoots, classes, networking, corporate meetings, etc.
$100/hour (2 hour minimum)
$200 non-refundable deposit
On site attendant not included but available for $50/hour
